Delivery & Returns Policy

The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the essential characteristics of the product, the sale price, the payment method, and the preliminary information regarding delivery on the website of the SELLER at http://www.milenacansal.com, and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

The product subject to the agreement will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address provided by the BUYER within the period stated in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance to the BUYER's place of residence, without exceeding 14 days.

If the product subject to the agreement is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the agreement in a sound, complete, and undamaged condition, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, along with any warranty documents and user manuals, if applicable.

For the delivery of the product subject to the agreement, a signed copy of this agreement must be provided to the SELLER, and the payment must be made using the payment method chosen by the BUYER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is released from the obligation to deliver the product.

If the BUYER’s credit card, after delivery of the product, is used by unauthorized persons in an unfair or illegal manner through no fault of the BUYER, and the bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the product must be sent back to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to the BUYER. In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.

If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the agreement within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or transportation disruptions, the SELLER is obligated to inform the BUYER. In such cases, the BUYER may exercise one of the following rights: cancel the order, replace the product with its equivalent if available, or delay the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 days.

Products sold with a warranty certificate, whether defective or not, can be sent to the SELLER for necessary repairs under the warranty conditions. In this case, the shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization they designated. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER by fax, email, or phone within this period, and the product must not have been used as per Article 6. In the event of exercising this right, the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER must be returned along with a copy of the cargo delivery receipt and the original invoice. The product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal will be borne by the SELLER.

Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, single-use products, software and programs that can be copied, consumables, products that spoil quickly or expire, and services cannot be subject to the right of withdrawal.
